SailPlay is one of the leading Marketing Automation solutions for B2C companies, that helps to facilitate customer loyalty, communication marketing, and data analyses. 

I was responsible for Product Development, go-to-market Strategy, worldwide marketing and international business development.

— Growth of the team from 2 to 45+ people

President & Co-Founder

As a CTO, I was responsible for business and technological transformation from the early stage startup to the leading EdTech company which operates and provide their services globally. We were a team of less then 10 then and we needed to design, develop and launch our products on other overseas markets in one year, which we actually managed to do. 

As a CTO I was: 
— Discussing the product vision, strategy and all features with the team, formalizing the product features
— Supervising and supporting 4 product teams, which were managing all the processes: design, prototyping, client and server side development, functional and high load testing etc.
— Negotiating conditions with our key vendors (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Yandex, etc). 

Achievements: 
— Growth of the development team from <5 people to 30+ in 1 year
— Launch in Brazil (first overseas market)
— Growth of the number of users from ~500k to ~3M
— 3 new products launched 
— Decrease of the infrastructure cost
— Implementation of the Agile methodology 
— Migration to AWS

I joined Yandex (NASDAQ: YNDX) to take care of several cutting edge software products and affiliate programs. 

My team and I pushed products reach from 500K up to 1.2M of active users, bringing and keeping the major amount of the company's 62% market share. 

Responsibilities:
— Product management;
— Project management;
— Cross-department activities management;
— Design concepts elaboration;
— Negotiations and collaboration with partners. 

I worked hard on developing product ideas and bringing them to the market. I collaborated with Business Development in creating new opportunities for partners and our users.

Project Manager

As a Head of Product at Prime-Tass Business Services Department, I was responsible for defining and positioning of new products and driving rapid changes in existing portfolio. 

I defined and managed a roadmap on all levels to help teams understand goals and targets. My team and I tailored existing portfolio to develop and launch a new ERP solution for Moscow City Construction Department. 

I worked close to our government and business stakeholders and customers to define ideas, set up goals, elaborate KPIs, drive them to the team and execute in scaled agile environment. I coordinated and managed 2 Development and Product teams.
